Wednesday, September 12th 2018 in Bengkulu, University of Bengkulu together with University of Science Malaysia has conducted an international collaboration on the Transfer of Science and Research Collaboration Opportunities on Thursday, August 30th 2018 in the Senate Meeting Room, Rectorate Building University of Bengkulu. The aim of this program is to conduct research collaboration and international Collaboration on Knowledge Transfer Program. Various fields of collaboration focused on agriculture, green technology, food & health, innovation technology, and fisheries.web image 1

Related to the delegation from the University of Science Malaysia, Prof. Dr. Haslan Abu Hassan (Director of Knowledge Transfer Center), Prof. Dr. Hamidi Abdul Aziz (Expertise: Wastewater Engineering), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zahurin Samad (Expertise: Solar Energy), Dr. Hadura Abu Hasan (Expertise: Black Soldier Fly & Insects), Dr. Husnul Azan Tajarudin (Expertise: Renewable Biomass and Energy) and Mr. Zulqarnain Wahid (Social research officer). Activities that have been carried out in this program are Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This FGD activity was attended by approximately 50 participants from lecturers who were interested in conducting related research collaborations. After Focus Group Discussion (FGD) the activity continued with visiting the laboratory at the Postgraduate Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Agriculture and research sites in University of Bengkulu. It is expected that after this activity the vision to become a World Class University (WCU) in University of Bengkulu can be optimized.
