During RENPER (Regional Network on Poverty Eradication) Council Meeting 7th April 2018, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between University of Bengkulu and Universiti Sains Malaysia was signed. The MoU was signed by Dr Ridwan Nurazi , Rector University of Bengkulu, and Prof. Asma Ismail, Vice Chancellor of USM. Prof Haslan Abu Hassan, Director of Knowledge Transfer Centre of USM and Dr Totok Eka Suharto, Head of Office of Research and Community Service of UNIB also signed the MoU.
The objective of the MoU is to promote, establish and develop research, education and training programs that will benefit both institutions. The main focus of MoU is knowledge transfer program which is hoped to develop the implementation of research to be more benefit for community, and also industry.
